Nothing should stop you from the power of achieving your dreams. Nothing at all.

Zidagi Hai To Khwab Hain,

Khwab Hai To Manzilain Hain,

Manzilain Hai To Faasle Hain,
Faasle Hai To Raaste Hain,
Raaste Hai To Mushkilain Hain,
Mushkilain Hain To Hausla Hain,

Hausla Hai To Vishwas Hai,
Kyonki Fighter Hamesha Jeet-ta Hai.

These beautiful and poignant words penned by Javed Akhtar are an anthem anyone who believes in the power of his dreams can live by. Also it can serve a as dose of inspiration for those who have even an iota of self-doubt and no confidence about themselves for achieving their dreams. A great writer has defined dreams beautifully and metaphorically. “Dreams are seeds from which beautiful tomorrow grows.” So never stop dreaming. __Well, to make things happen if also have to wake up from your deep slumber, snap out of the day dreaming zone and smell some coffee. These magic mantras will help you brace yourselves when you are feeling down in the dumps and will keep you going if you are already on your way. These mantras will take you a step closer to your dreams.

  1. 1. Define what you have.

Isn’t it true? Our most of the day gets wasted cribbing about what others have that we don’t! Every day we compare ourselves with others and let our energy go down. The real dreamers do not focus on what others have, instead they daily explore their qualities. They define their own strengths, qualities and resources which will support them to achieve their own dream. They spend time in the Inside-Out journey rather than Outside-In.

  1. 2. Get absorbed into the present.

If you really wish to be successful and achieve your dreams make sure you are a strong believer of “today-here-now”principle. Don’t dwell on the past or worry too much about the future. They ruin our present. Let yourselves get immersed in whatever you’re doing at the moment. Stop and smell the roses. Explore the magic of Now.

Dream-Quotes-33

  1.    Never make excuses.

No matter what, just keep pursuing your dream. Benjamin Franklin once said, “He that is good for making excuses is seldom good for anything else.” Successful people don’t make excuses or play the blame game. They never blame others for their failures in life and take ownership for their actions. Instead, they own up to their mistakes and, by doing so, they proactively try to change for the better. Remember, Failure is an inevitable process to achieve your Dream.

  1. Groom your Inner Self:

Just the way we invest both time and money to look good and presentable; we should invest time…not too much, just an hour everyday preferably in the morning. Visualize the action plan you created to achieve your dream. Visualize each step in detail, upgrade your action plan daily to minimize the errors and failures. Visualize how your day is going to look like, paint a realistic picture of your day. Imagine that all your tasks have successfully taken place and visiting everything that you decided to do went very well. Do this for 15 minutes. Like Einstein puts it, “Imagination is a purview of life’s coming attractions.” You can also invest this time reading, writing down your thoughts etc. The way you choose to spend the first hour of your day will usually define the rest of your day.

  1. Write! Write! Write!:

Throughout our day we come across a lot of excellent ideas. If we let them simply pass by we may lose out on some really good opportunities. Why not capture them in a journal or a set of cards that resemble visiting cards. You can actually use the plain white portion of old visiting cards or even post cards to jot down your creative thoughts and insights for the day. You can assort these cards in a diary or a visiting card holder stand and review them from time to time.

Hope these ideas take you at least five steps closer to your dreams.
